Sabor Sabor started as a dream. 15 years ago, Liz Derflingher came to The Netherlands from Mexico City where we was born and raised. Her passion in life was and still is mexican gastronomy. Her dream was to be able to share with her new country, the real food us mexicans grew up with. This dream started the journey we celebrate today.

The Sabor Sabor family is made by mexicans and latins. We wanted to make it a true mexican space, so when you visit us you can feel as if you were in Mexico. The music, the culture, the attitude of the staff, and above it all, the flavor of our dishes will give you a true mexican experience.
