Learn  how  cook corn🌽 and  tamales dishes 

Welcome to Cook Works Shop, where we offer a variety of cooking classes that will teach you how to create delicious and authentic dishes from Mexico. In this class, we will be focusing on "The Corn🌽 and  Tamales.

Tamales are a staple in Mexican cuisine and have been enjoyed for centuries. They are made with masa, a dough made from corn, and are filled with a variety of meats, vegetables, and spices. In this class, you will learn how to make masa from scratch and how to properly assemble and cook tamales.

 

We will also explore the importance of Corn🌽in  the mexican cuisine and how it has been a fundamental part of their diet for centuries. You will learn about the different varieties of corn and how they are used in traditional dishes such as tamales.

 

Liz Derflingher Fernandez  will guide you through the entire process, providing you with tips and tricks to ensure that your tamales turn out perfectly every time.
