Sabor Sabor began as a dream of founder Liz Derflingher. Fifteen years ago, she traded her native Mexico City for the Netherlands, with one big mission: to share real Mexican cuisine with her new homeland. Driven by her passion for Mexican gastronomy, she started Sabor Sabor – a place where tradition, taste and culture come together.
